Shipping & Returns Policy
RETURNS
- We have a 7-day return policy, which meansΒ you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store creditΒ only.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Footwear must be returned in original box and must not show any wear (please try on footwear on carpeted surfaces).
- If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

The following merchandise is considered final sale and ineligible for return:
- AllΒ saleΒ items. This includes price adjusted, markdown, "last ones", flash sale, or promotional sale purchases.
- Items showing any signs of used condition (not limited to stains, makeup, deodorant, tears, cigarette odor)
- Items missing original tags
- Jewelry (unless otherwise marked)
- Hair accessories
- Scarves
- Gift cards
- Special orders
- Customized items
- Any size options available for exchange may be displayed in the returns portal.
- To request an exchange, please contact us to find out if an item is available. For the fastest response time, please initiate a chat via the bubble at the bottom right side of your screen.
- We carefully inspect every item to make sure it is perfect before packaging and shipping it to you.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt andΒ contact usΒ within 5 daysΒ if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If your order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please inspect your order upon receipt andΒ contact usΒ within 5 days. Please take photographs of damage and do not discard any packing/shipping materials.
- We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded the purchase price by store credit within 10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since weβve approved your return, pleaseΒ contact us.
Please contact us If you wish to return a gift. If approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Gift cards are non-refundable.
SHIPPING
- Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday and are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your has been shipped. (Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this confirmation within 3 days of placing your order.)
- $7 flat-rate standard domestic shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated delivery 2-5 business daysΒ afterΒ processing).
- Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Free domestic shipping for all orders of $150 and above.
Yes! We offer free in-store pickup for local Fort Worth (and surrounding area) customers.
- Select "Pick up" at Checkout.
- Pick up orders are usually ready within four hours. Order by 1:00 to secure same-day pickup. Pickups are only available during store hours.
- You will receive an email when your purchase is available for pickup.
- Please print this email and bring and a valid ID to the store for a smooth transaction.
- ONLINE ONLY items may take 24 hours before available for pickup.
- Pickups are only available during store hours.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
