Shipping & Returns Policy


How do I start a return?
  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Footwear must be returned in original box and must not show any wear (please try on footwear on carpeted surfaces).
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

What items are ineligible for return?

The following merchandise is considered final sale and ineligible for return:

  • All sale items. This includes price adjusted, markdown, flash sale, or promotional sale purchases.
  • Items showing any signs of used condition (not limited to stains, makeup, deodorant, tears, cigarette odor)
  • Items missing original tags
  • Jewelry (unless otherwise marked)
  • Hair accessories
  • Scarves
  • Gift cards
  • Special orders
  • Customized items
Can I exchange my item for another size or color?
  • Any size options available for exchange will be displayed in the returns portal.
  • We are unable to process color or alternate style exchanges. If you would like a different or style, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
  • We carefully inspect every item to make sure it is perfect before packaging and shipping it to you.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If your order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days. Please take photographs of damage and do not discard any packing/shipping materials.
When will I receive my credit?
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price by store credit within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
How do I return a gift?

Please contact us if you wish to return a gift. If approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Gift cards are non-refundable.


When will my order ship?
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your has been shipped. (Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this confirmation within 3 days of placing your order.)
What shipping services do you provide?
  • $7 flat-rate standard domestic shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated delivery 2-5 business days after processing).
  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
  • Free standard domestic shipping for all orders of $150 and above.
Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! We offer free in-store pickup for local Fort Worth (and surrounding area) customers.

  • Select "Pick up" at Checkout.
  • Pick up orders are usually ready within four hours.
  • You will receive an email when your purchase is available for pickup.
  • Please print this email and bring and a valid ID to the store for a smooth transaction.
Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
