HOW DOES THIS ITEM FIT?

We provide a general size guide, but size and fit vary from brand to brand. We do our very best to provide you any "fit notes" when possible in the item description. If you have any specific sizing and fit questions don't hesitate to contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?
  • If you need to edit or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will try our best to help you make any changes.
  • Once and order has been processed and fuflilled we are unable to edit it and you will need to request a return.

CAN I HOLD ITEMS IN MY CART?

Unfortunately we cannot "hold" items. Items you have added to your bag may show for up to 14 days, but we cannot guarantee the item is still in stock.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! We do offer e-gift cardsonline and they do not expire. Physical gift cards are available in-store.

I JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING THAT'S NOW ON SALE ON YOUR SITE. CAN YOU ADJUST THE PRICE?

We totally get how frustrating that feels! If an item you purchased goes on sale within 3 days, just email us your order number—we’re happy to adjust the price.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON ALL ITEMS?

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or be used on the following:

  • Flash sale or final sale items.
  • All Oncept products
THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THE ITEM IS RESTOCKED?

That's no fun! While this usually means the item is now out of stock, and cannot be reordered, sometimes you might get lucky. Click on the "Notify me when available" button and you will be sent an email should that item be restocked.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to save and share your wishlist. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

***As of late 2024, accounts may be secured by "Shop", making it easier to log in and use preferred payment methods.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

If you have logged in via SHOP, you will likely be sent a login code via text or email.
